Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Litigation Solicitor to join our Client's legal team. In this role,

you will be responsible for managing and supporting the litigation process across a variety of cases, ensuring efficient case progression, adherence to legal procedures, and effective communication with clients and external counsel. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of civil litigation practices. The successful applicant will:

Be newly qualified or with 2 years PQE litigation experience;

Be able to deal with a wide range of contentious matters including civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution;

Work closely with clients in a highly client-facing role;

Have a professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clients;

Deal with your own caseload, adhering to tight deadlines and being able to prioritize work as required;

Display good communication skills and be a strong team player;

Be comfortable adhering to compliance, policies and internal systems
