Job Description & Overview
Biffa Waste Services is seeking a Driver Trainer (LGV/HGV) at the Corby Depot to ensure drivers are trained to high standards and compliant with legal requirements. You will conduct inductions, ongoing training, and post-incident assessments, while maintaining accurate training records and supporting continuous improvements across the driver workforce.
Flexibility with shifts and a focus on safe, efficient driving will be essential as you support the depot's operations and driver performance
