LJ Recruitment is assisting a Central London law firm to find an experienced Litigation Solicitor for an office-based role in London. You will handle a mixed civil litigation caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, and contractual matters.
You will advise on possession proceedings, tenancy agreements, rent arrears, and housing disrepair claims, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings as required.
