A well-established high street law firm in the North West is seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to support its busy residential property team.
The Role:
- Full-time hours
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Immediate start available within the next few weeks
- Competitive rate of £50-£55 per hour
Requirements
- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
