<p class="text-muted mb-3">My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team based in Thriplow, Cambridgeshire.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">My client is a successful and expanding business within the food manufacturing industry, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK and internationally.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics, despatch, warehouse operations or transport coordination who is looking for a varied, hands-on position within a busy and fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily deliveries, managing despatch paperwork, arranging transport and supporting warehouse operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role will involve a combination of administrative responsibilities and practical warehouse duties, so applicants must be comfortable working both in an office environment and on the warehouse floor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating daily logistics, warehouse and despatch operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Booking transport through hauliers, pallet networks and courier services for UK and international deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing and processing delivery notes, transport documentation and export paperwork.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arranging delivery bookings and coordinating delivery schedules with customer depots.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with transport companies, customers and suppliers regarding collections, deliveries and any issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking, packing, checking and preparing customer orders for despatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading goods when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving incoming deliveries and checking goods against relevant documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock control.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies, shortages and damaged goods.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the investigation and resolution of delivery discrepancies and transport claims.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring orders are completed accurately and dispatched within agreed timescales.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate administrative records using spreadsheets and internal systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting general warehouse duties during busy periods.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing cover for despatch operations during staff holidays and absences.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & Experience Required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working within logistics, despatch, warehouse coordination or transport administration.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience arranging transport, booking deliveries and dealing with hauliers or couriers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of warehouse and stock control procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong administrative and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident using computers, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Willingness to undertake practical warehouse duties alongside administrative responsibilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence due to the rural location.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience organising international deliveries and preparing export documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of pallet networks, freight forwarding and courier booking systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Counterbalance forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using warehouse management or stock control systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of food safety procedures and BRCGS standards.</p>
