<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a busy logistics operation in Wellingborough.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a varied role focused on working directly with logistics carriers and transport providers to investigate delivery issues, resolve problems and keep orders moving.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with logistics carriers and transport providers to investigate failed, delayed, damaged or missing deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arranging re-deliveries and progressing claims where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigating delivery discrepancies and following issues through to resolution.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate records, reports and spreadsheets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing proof of delivery information and supporting invoicing queries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working with internal teams, customers and external logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing general administrative support to the wider logistics team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience dealing directly with logistics carriers or transport providers is essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for someone who is:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced within logistics, transport, distribution or supply chain administration.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident communicating with carriers by phone and email.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable investigating delivery problems and resolving issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Detail-focused with a methodical approach to administration.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A good communicator who can work effectively with both internal teams and external providers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with ERP systems, carrier portals or Power BI would be useful, but is not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on carrier management experience who wants to join a busy logistics environment on a long-term temporary basis.</p>
