<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loom Talent is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a consolidation centre operator in Bradford, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity for a major UK retailer.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a site-based, office role within a small, close-knit team, requiring daily interaction with the warehousing team, transport providers and colleagues across different departments to keep fulfilment running smoothly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll be doing:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating day-to-day logistics activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders and dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing stakeholder relationships and liaising with different departments across the business, as well as acting as a day-to-day point of contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working with transport providers to arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections to schedule</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prioritising and managing a varied workload across multiple orders, requests and deadlines, while maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS ExcelWhat we're looking for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and different departments, and handling customer queries professionally</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working with transport and coordinating deliveries or collections</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A strong cultural fit for a small, collaborative, friendly team with a positive sense of humour, comfortable working closely and communicating daily with warehouse-based colleaguesAdvantageous:</p>
