<p class="text-muted mb-3">A specialist logistics organisation is seeking a Logistics & Transport Management Analyst to play a key role in delivering operational improvements, transport optimisation initiatives and measurable cost savings across warehouse and transport activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is not a traditional reporting analyst position.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will sit at the heart of the operation, working closely with leadership teams to improve productivity, optimise transport and warehouse performance, support system enhancements and contribute to a forthcoming ERP transformation programme.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Opportunity</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for using operational data, systems and business intelligence tools to identify opportunities, improve efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will play a key role in:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting Transport Management Systems (TMS) optimisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Developing Power BI reporting and KPI dashboards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying and delivering warehouse and transport productivity improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting a planned SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Building business cases for operational improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Analysing transport and warehouse costs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring operational performance and KPI delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tracking benefits and measuring improvement outcomes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Analyse warehouse and transport performance data.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop and maintain operational KPI dashboards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor productivity, service and cost performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Present data-driven recommendations to management teams.Continuous Improvement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support productivity improvement programmes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct process mapping and root cause analysis.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver measurable operational improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support cost reduction initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Track and report on realised benefits.Systems & Technology</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as a key user for Transport Management Systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support systems optimisation and process improvements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with ERP and SAP S/4HANA-related projects.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support testing, implementation and user adoption activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop reporting and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.Stakeholder Management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with transport, warehouse and operational teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Engage with internal and external stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Present findings and recommendations to management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support project delivery and change initiatives.What We're Looking For:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within transport, logistics or supply chain operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hands-on experience with a Transport Management System (TMS).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience developing operational KPIs and performance reporting.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process improvement and continuous improvement experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to translate data into operational action.Highly Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">SAP S/4HANA experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">ERP implementation, migration or systems project exposure.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transport optimisation experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Route planning and fleet utilisation analysis.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Business case development.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence methodologies.Ideal Backgrounds</p>
