Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Cladding

Location: Jersey
Project Duration: 30 weeks
Day Rate: Negotiable
Travel & Accommodation: Fully covered

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager with a strong background in cladding systems to oversee a major full-bank recladding project in Jersey .

The project will involve the installation of Cedral Click cladding , and we are looking for someone with proven site experience who can take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of the works.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the recladding project.

• Supervise cladding teams and subcontractors on site.

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate labour, materials and site activities.

• Monitor progress against the project programme.

• Liaise with the project management team, contractors and other site personnel.

• Ensure all health & safety requirements and site procedures are followed.

• Carry out regular quality and progress checks.

• Help resolve site issues and coordinate works to keep the project on programme.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience supervising or managing cladding projects.

• Good knowledge and practical experience of cladding systems.

• SSSTS or SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid at Work qualification.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• The ability to manage trades and subcontractors and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

• Previous experience working on large-scale recladding projects would be advantageous.
