Rubberatkins in Aberdeen is seeking a confident and driven Shift Team Leader to inspire, support, and challenge their team to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead from the front, coordinate daily production plans, monitor workmanship, and coach colleagues to develop their skills while driving continuous improvement. This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern with mornings, afternoons, and nights.
