Job Description & Overview
Children and Families First Delaware Inc in Thorpe-le-Soken is seeking a residential counselor to supervise and support residents with daily routines, counseling, and crisis response. You will assist in meal planning, administer medications under supervision, document progress, and participate in recreational and therapy activities while maintaining safety and program policies.
Requires Associate’s Degree in Human Services, 21+, valid license, CPR/First Aid training, and strong communication
