Customer Operations Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity with a Ski Tour Operator for a Customer / Operations focused individual to also oversee and support the small team.  Offering excellent career progression to Team Leader.  

Hybrid with their offices in West London, paying up to £33K + Team bonus 

Customer Operations Coordinator, Responsibilities

Responsible for servicing all customer pre-departure enquires, amendments and cancellations

Liaising with agreed suppliers to confirm bookings, manage stop sales and process cancellations and amendments with accuracy

Acting as main point of contact for questions, support and day to day training

Customer Operations Co-Ordinator, Skills Required

Previous travel industry experience a must within either Operations / Sales Support or looking to step away from sales

A desire to develop into a Team Leader role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A passionate skier/boarder an advantage but not required

Additional Information

Paying £30-33K + Team bonus ote £2K

Hybrid - office based 2 days a week (Tue and Wed) with their offices in West London

Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30 and Sat 09.00 - (phone number removed) a month during Oct - Mar
