HOVIA recherche un(e) Assistant(e) de Service Social (DEASS) pour évaluer la situation sociale et accompagner les familles. Le poste implique l’élaboration de plans d’action et l’accompagnement dans les démarches d’accès aux droits (CAF, logement, etc.).

Vous assurez la constitution et le suivi des dossiers, soutenez l’insertion sociale et professionnelle et participez à la vie de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire. Poste en établissement, travail en réseau et respect du secret professionnel.
