In this hybrid role in City, London, you translate the HR strategy into operational realities while leading a capable HR team. • Drive delivery against strategic HR initiatives
• Support creation of the HR strategy with the HR Director
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
• Champion organisational transformational change initiatives
• Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and policy development

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager, Group HR Manager, Head of HR or similar role in a medium-sized complex business
• Strong employment relations, HR law, and strategic, data-driven HR experience
• Adept at managing change programmes and providing strategic HR advice
• Ability to implement innovative HR practices that support growth
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, and confidence with complex employee relations
• Experience in a fast-moving, flexible working environment
