Material Handler

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're on the lookout for a Material Handler to join our well established and respected client based in Loughborough. This role is initially on a temporary basis, but has the potential to become permanent.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: £13.50 per hour.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: 07:15 - 16:15 Monday to Thursday and 07:15 - 12:15 on a Friday.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Materials Handler, you will support with safely and efficiently moving, storing, and managing materials and products, loading and unloading trucks, performing quality control, operating variety of forklifts, and using stock management systems.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Receiving materials, unloading them from delivery trucks, and placing them in designated storage areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading packages, moving stock around the facility, and preparing items for shipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operating various material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and other machinery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent written and verbal communication.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail with accuracy in recording deliveries and handling materials to prevent errors.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">B1 FLT licence (desirable B2 licence)</p>
