<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep vital materials moving and play an important part in supporting a high-profile aviation operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Guidant Global is working in partnership with Airbus to recruit a Material Inventory Controller to join the Airbus Atlas Support Centre UK at RAF Brize Norton.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, material support, supply chain or warehouse operations who enjoys working in a busy, process-driven environment. You'll work closely with the material demand team and wider Logistics/Warehouse function, helping to ensure materials are handled accurately and efficiently to support maintenance and flying programme requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Airbus provides continuous support to the Royal Air Force, with teams working together across maintenance, engineering, technical services and supporting functions to help maintain aircraft airworthiness.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing and handling material</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Processing material orders and movements in the correct priority sequence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unloading and handling items in line with relevant logistics and airworthiness</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing pick, pack and material-handling system transactions accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking and organising documentation before packing and box closure.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Recording physical material movements correctly within SAP and ensuring supporting paperwork remains linked to the appropriate parts where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Putting stock away in the correct locations following picking and packing activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within a material support, supply chain, logistics or related environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using appropriate warehouse management and information systems, including SAP SP1 and Microsoft Excel.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An understanding of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong spoken and written English.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A service-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A thorough, organised and tidy approach to your work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A driving licence is preferred due to the need to travel around the site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A current Civilian Forklift Counterbalance Truck and Reach Truck driving licence would be advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience within inventory control, stock control or warehouse inventory operations would be beneficial.Experience is valued over formal qualifications for this vacancy, making this a strong opportunity for candidates who can demonstrate relevant hands-on logistics, warehouse, material support or supply chain experience.</p>
