Job Description & Overview
En tant que Médecin MPR F/H, vous avez pour mission :
- Assurer la coordination et la continuité des soins au sein du service qui vous est confié
- Organiser les admissions des patients, en veillant à l'adéquation entre leur état de santé, la pertinence de leur prise en charge et les capacités d'accueil de l'unité
- Définir et suivre le programme de rééducation fonctionnelle, en étroite collaboration avec les professionnels du plateau technique (
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre du projet médical de l'établissement, en lien direct avec le médecin coordinateur
- Veiller à la traçabilité et à la qualité du dossier patient, dans le respect des protocoles et procédures internes
- Maintenir des relations de qualité avec les confrères et partenaires extérieurs
