Pharmacy Operations Specialist

Bring real community-pharmacy operations experience into how AxisVoice is designed and deployed. You will help us understand why people call, what pharmacy teams can safely handle through a configured voice workflow, what needs prompt human attention, and how the product should fit the working day.

What you will own

• Meet pharmacy customers and map recurring call types, exceptions, policies, and escalation paths.
• Help customer success configure and test approved scenarios, then train teams on the agreed workflow.
• Work with product colleagues to turn recurring operational friction into practical improvements.
• Use your professional network in Irish community pharmacy to validate differences between settings and involve the right stakeholders.

What we value

• Substantial hands-on Irish community-pharmacy operations experience.
• Clear process mapping, training, and practical operational judgment about privacy and escalation.
• Experience with multi-location pharmacies or operational change is useful.
• Confidence learning SaaS tools and working directly with customers.

A professional registration is required only if the final duties genuinely require it; this role centres on workflows, product input, and customer setup.

Practical details

Full-time, Ireland-based and mainly home-based, with customer-site visits and occasional South Dublin/North Wicklow team meetings. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland; employment-permit sponsorship is unavailable.
