Job Description & Overview
Homes England seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR services inside IR35 for a 6‑month contract. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days per week on site in Newcastle or Leeds and the remainder work from home.
You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate change initiatives, and shape workforce plans to support the agency's housing and regeneration goals. The ideal candidate will be a CIPD member or hold an equivalent HR qualification, with proven business partnering
