Job Description & Overview
InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform in Poland. You will own data products used in credit and payments decisions, guiding feature stores and decisioning datasets.
Lead AI-first data initiatives and collaborate with Data Engineering and ML teams in a hybrid setup with occasional Warsaw/Kraków office presence. You will manage up to 3 Data Consultants, define success metrics, and translate business needs into actionable specs, all while aligning with platform architecture and regulatory
