<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Monitoring Support Officer to join a busy and professional team supporting Electronic Monitoring Services.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a varied, people-focused role where you will work alongside Field Monitoring Officers to help ensure monitoring equipment is installed and decommissioned safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be an important extra pair of eyes and ears for the Field Monitoring Officer, supporting them during visits and helping to ensure any risks, safeguarding concerns or service issues are identified and reported promptly.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work as part of a team supporting Field Monitoring Officers during visits.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with the installation and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as an additional pair of eyes while the Field Monitoring Officer carries out their duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with carrying equipment - no heavy lifting is involved.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicate professionally with friends, family members and other individuals at the address.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take notes and complete other light administrative duties as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or high-pressure situations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify and escalate any safeguarding, vulnerability or potential risk concerns.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a professional customer service environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The service operates across extended hours, so you must be able to work the required shift pattern.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks, including identity, right-to-work and any applicable security or vetting checks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full mandatory training will be provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the pre-employment screening process.</p>
