**What Youll Do**
As part of our AI Engineering team, you will serve as a senior individual contributor, owning the infrastructure and delivery workflows that move machine learning from experimentation into reliable production systems. This is a high-ownership role where you will influence technical direction, architecture, developer velocity, and production stability.
Own and evolve production ML infrastructure for training, deployment, serving, and monitoring
Build and improve CI/CD, automation, and model delivery workflows used across the engineering team
Develop Python services, APIs, and platform tooling that support production ML workloads
Own reliability, observability, performance, availability, and security across production ML systems
Troubleshoot complex production issues across software, infrastructure, and ML workflows
Drive architecture decisions and partner with ML engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI products
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have Qualifications**
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience deploying, operating, monitoring, and supporting machine learning systems in production
Experience building and owning ML pipelines, model deployment, serving, monitoring, or lifecycle infrastructure
Solid programming skills in Python, plus experience with web libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (we use Azure)
Experience making architecture decisions and troubleshooting complex production systems for reliability, scalability, and performance
Ability to operate independently, take end-to-end ownership, and provide technical leadership within a highly collaborative engineering team
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
**Preferred Skills**
Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform
Experience with ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar platforms
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
Experience with distributed ML workloads, model serving, GPU infrastructure, or performance optimization
Background in reinforcement learning, optimization, or generative AI
