Multi Modal Operator

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Multi-Modal Freight Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Staines-Upon-Thames area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Duties:-</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate multimodal imports & exports with end to end responsibility (including collections, transport bookings, liaising with overseas agents / customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working mainly within Import Air and Roadfreight</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Airline booking and processing relevant import / export documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Submitting Import & Export Customs entries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising effectively and building close relationships .</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Quotations, pricing and invoicing clients.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and communicating efficiently to the highest level via e-mail and telephone.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Customer service - excellent telephone manner and communication skills.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Computer literate with Microsoft Word/Excel/ Outlook.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Highly organised with a systematic approach and detail orientated customers</span></li>
