<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well‑established warehouse logistics client in Northampton (NN1).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a full‑time, ongoing temporary position offering consistent hours and a stable shift pattern.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Pattern</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4 on / 4 off rotation (2 days and 2 Nights per rota)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Nights: 17:45-05:45</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Days: 5:45-1745Pay Rate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Standard: £16.21 per hour (PAYE)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime: £24.02 per hour (PAYE)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Temporary ongoing - full-time hours guaranteed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Please note: An on-site induction and a Drug & Alcohol test are required as part of the onboarding process.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely and accurately load and unload customer products.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Verify and confirm all incoming and outgoing loads.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicate discrepancies and report potential service issues promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all relevant documentation, picking, and packing tasks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate manual handling equipment as trained.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow company health & safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report any damage to property or equipment and escalate appropriately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake any additional duties as directed by the line manager.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid and in-date B1 Counterbalance FLT licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using 3.5 tonne double pallet handlers (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good level of English (speaking, reading, writing).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong teamwork, numeracy, and basic IT skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to follow detailed instructions in a busy environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks.</p>
