Job Description & Overview
Naboo, based in Paris, seeks an experienced in-house legal counsel to drive corporate and commercial legal strategies for global expansion. You will structure cross-border governance, manage equity programs, and negotiate high-value B2B SaaS agreements with enterprise clients and suppliers.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years post-qualification, a Master in Corporate Law (CapA/LL.M a plus), and fluency in French and English to operate across France, UK, US, and beyond.
