As Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customer accounts
• Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D and 5 Why methodologies
• Coordinate customer visits, audits and quality reviews
• Support PPAP preparation and APQP activities for new product introduction
• Monitor and analyse customer PPM, scrap and rework performance
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce non-conformances

As Quality Engineer, your experience will include:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing quality environment
• Experience leading customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
• Practical use of 8D , 5 Why and root cause analysis methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 advantageous
• Auditor qualification, lead auditor training, or experience with SPC and MSA desirable
