Real Estate Litigation Solicitor - Bristol - 1+ Years PQE

In this role you will join a Bristol-based Property Litigation team at a leading national law firm to handle a broad, high-quality real estate dispute caseload. You will work closely with senior lawyers, gaining exposure to telecoms, development, landlord and tenant, and complex contractual disputes for a diverse client base. • Support senior lawyers on a varied caseload across telecoms disputes, development and land disputes, and landlord/tenant matters
• Advise public sector bodies, developers, landlords, occupiers, and investors
• Assist with misrepresentation, breach of contract and frustration claims
• Draft pleadings and summaries with strong analytical clarity
• Develop expertise in telecoms and development-related disputes over time

• 1+ years PQE in real estate litigation or commercial litigation with property exposure
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded
• Willingness to develop specialist telecoms and development disputes
