This is a temporary full time role ending at the end of March 2026

Due to the location, it is essential that you have your own means of transport or live locally to Bourne. Role Overview:

Recruit Mint Ltd requires Warehouse Operatives for the unloading of containers and put-away for a busy warehouse based near Bourne.

This is a very physically demanding role involving offloading shipping containers by hand and palletising the items. The items themselves are not heavy but

you will be doing this for your entire shift and will test your mental resilience.

Inbound involves unloading of containers through handballing, placing goods on pallets and shrink-wrapping palletsRequirements

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent timekeeping and working attitude in their previous employment

Applicants should be aware that the environment will be physically demanding

Must have the legal right to work in the UK
