<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a large-scale, 24/7 operation within a fast-paced environment. With responsibility for Operations and managing a Team of 500+ is a high-impact role requiring a natural leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and deliver operational excellence. This is not a "sit behind the desk" role - we're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and thrives on being at the heart of the operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, manage, and develop a team of across a 24/7 operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive significant operational change, embedding structure, discipline, and consistency</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Implement robust processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and throughput</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Increase operational capacity and volume through continuous improvement initiatives</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure high standards of health & safety, compliance, and operational performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build a strong leadership culture across all levels of the operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take full ownership of site performance, including KPIs, cost control, and service deliveryKey Skills/Experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience operating at Operations Manager level within a complex operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong background in managing large, manual 24/7 operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Demonstrable success in leading and delivering significant operational change</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A hands-on, visible leadership style with the ability to engage and influence at all levels</p>
