Order Processor / Shipping

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Order Processor to join their busy operations team in Liverpool.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your new role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an Order Processor,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately while supporting the movement of goods through international supply chains.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Processing customer orders from receipt through to shipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing and checking customs documentation for imports and exports.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Producing and issuing Certificates of Analysis and supporting shipping documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all documentation complies with UK and international shipping regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring shipment schedules and updating customers on delivery progress.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate records within the company's ERP and internal systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Investigating and resolving any documentation or shipping discrepancies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting continuous improvement of order processing procedures and compliance standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll need to succeed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in an Order Processing, Shipping Administrator, Export Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and freight processes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience preparing Certificates of Analysis and other shipping documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p>
