The Role

You’ll take full ownership of the Aberdeen depot, ensuring it operates safely, efficiently, and profitably. Expect a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on people management, operational control, customer relationships, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the Aberdeen depot team

Oversee daily operations, cost control, and compliance

Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence

Monitor KPIs, productivity, and financial performance

Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Support talent development and succession planning

Work closely with senior leadership to deliver regional objectives

What We’re Looking For

Leadership/management experience in plant hire, construction, logistics, engineering, or similar

Strong people management and communication skills

Commercially aware with a focus on performance and profitability

Confident decision‑maker with a proactive, improvement‑driven mindset

Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities

Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational standards
