Warehouse Operative Required

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with consistent daytime hours. The position involves picking and packing products ready for dispatch, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Please note:

This is a light warehouse role with no heavy lifting. The heaviest item handled weighs approximately 5kg.

Key Responsibilities

Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse locations.

Packing products securely and safely for dispatch.

Checking orders to ensure accuracy before shipping.

Labelling and preparing parcels for courier collection.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Assisting with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, picking, packing or order fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude.

Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
