<p class="text-muted mb-3">💰 Pay: £14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 per hour once targets are achieved + bonus for exceeding KPIs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">📄 Contract: Temporary ongoing with immediate start next week. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for Pallet Repairers to join our client’s busy operation in Carrington.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role with opportunities for progression in pay based on performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for inspecting and sorting wooden pallets, identifying those requiring repair and, where required, carrying out repairs to ensure pallets meet the required quality and safety standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inspect wooden pallets for damage, defects and overall condition</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sort pallets according to size, type and condition</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify pallets requiring repair or disposal</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Repair damaged pallets using hand and power tools</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Remove damaged or broken boards and replace them with new timber</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure repaired pallets meet required quality standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Stack and organise pallets safely in designated areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean and tidy working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all site health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work towards daily and weekly productivity targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in pallet repair, pallet sorting, or manual labour is preferred. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, or willing to learn</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail, particularly when inspecting pallets for damage</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable with a physically demanding, manual role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, hardworking and punctual</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work towards targets and KPIs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive attitude and willingness to learn</p>
