Fondation ILDYS recrute un Médecin Coordonnateur Prescripteur pour coordonner les soins médicaux et paramédicaux des résidents des EHPAD du pôle médico-social. Vous réaliserez les évaluations médicales d’admission et assurerez le suivi des traitements des patients.
Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les médecins du territoire, les infirmières, les aides-soignants et les psychologues afin de garantir une prise en charge globale et personnalisée, dans un cadre éthique et humain.
