Mentrum zoekt een verpleegkundig specialist differentiatie GGZ in Amsterdam-Noord. Je hebt als regiebehandelaar een eigen caseload en stuurt het verpleegkundige team aan, met ruimte voor inhoudelijke verbeteringen binnen Arkin.
Je schrijft medicatie voor, bewaakt bijwerkingen en lab-controles, voert behandelplanbesprekingen en borgt somatische screenings. De functie legt nadruk op eigen regie van cliënten en herstel, in samenwerking met wijkteams.
