CS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to support Beneficial Ownership requirements across a portfolio of Cayman Islands entities. The role is a fully remote contract based in Ireland, initially for 12 months with the potential for extension.
You will maintain accurate ownership records, support regulatory filings and remediation projects, and assist with governance and compliance in a highly regulated offshore environment.
