Payroll Officer

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Payroll Supervisor, you'll take ownership of processing for stores and head office teams. You'll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of duties - from onboarding and employee record management to supporting day-to-day HR queries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to handle end to end payroll in the UK and Ireland whilst in conjunction with outsourcing the EMEA payrolls for the business.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contract amendments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, pensions, and statutory payments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for payment approvals.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain employee records in the Moorepay Payroll system and ensure data accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Outsourcing EMEA payroll to a bureau provider for 6 different countries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Bring</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience managing a team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong benefits/pensions background</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proficiency in MS Excel</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preferred experience with the Moorepay payroll system</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Expert in end-to-end payroll</p>
