<p class="text-muted mb-3">Gi Group is acting as a recruitment intermediary for a client in Stafford. This is full‑time, long‑term temporary work on a modern site with an 3‑week training programme, leading to temp‑to‑perm opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must be able to travel to Stafford (ST18).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must work full‑time weekly rotating shifts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must pass Maths, English & Drug/Alcohol tests before starting.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You must be able to start work within 7 days of successful interview.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Do (Picker Role)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately pick items to order using handheld systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work to daily pick targets in a fast‑paced environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete quality checks on picked items</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Wrap, label and prepare goods for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate paperwork</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support wider distribution operations when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">1 year of picking or warehouse experience - Warehouse Experience Preferred</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Travel to Stafford (ST18)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift patterns: Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commitment to the 3‑week training programme (ideally no holidays during this period)</p>
