Pickers Nights

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of their large Coldstore warehouse in Corby for Pickers working Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30 or 4 on 4 off 18:30 - 06:30.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picker - Nights:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">22:00 - 06:30 Sunday - Thursday or 18:30 - 06:30 4 on 4 off</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£14.20 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pickers required to work in a Coldstore to accurately pick, pack and prepare customers orders in line with company standards, ensuring efficiency, quality and safely at all times.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pick orders accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all orders are completed within deadlines and productivity targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are selected</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report discrepancies, damaged items, or stock shortages to supervisors</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with stock counts and inventory checks as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills and Experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PPT or Counterbalance Licence is essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse or picking experience desirable but not essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good attention to detail and accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience of using warehouse scanners</p>
