<p class="text-muted mb-3">Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a successful family-run asphalt company who are looking to add an experienced Plant / HGV Engineer to their team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a genuinely varied, hands-on role which is primarily workshop based, working across a range of plant machinery, HGVs and associated asphalt equipment. You’ll be responsible for keeping machinery and vehicles maintained, carrying out repairs and fault-finding, as well as getting involved with welding and fabrication when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Primarily workshop-based, maintaining a varied range of plant, HGVs and equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fault-finding and diagnostics</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Welding and fabrication work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working on a variety of machinery and equipment, making this a genuinely varied role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Occasional work outside of the workshop when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the day-to-day running and reliability of the company’s fleetThe Person:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working on plant, HGVs or similar heavy equipment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong mechanical knowledge and practical repair skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Welding/fabrication experience would be highly beneficial</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">HGV Licence desirable but not essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A reliable, hands-on engineer who enjoys working on a variety of equipmentSalary & Benefits:</p>
