Job Description & Overview
Teaching Personnel Ltd. are seeking a patient, nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Arundel, providing dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with high SEN needs.
The role focuses on emotional regulation, helping the pupil feel settled, secure and engaged. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and school team to build trust and respond calmly to moments of heightened emotion.
