IDEX Consulting Ltd seeks a Secondaries Specialist to help build and grow its capability across transactional risk insurance solutions for secondaries transactions. You will advise sponsors, secondary funds, continuation vehicle investors, GPs, LPs and other private capital clients in a commercial, client-facing environment, explaining how insurance can de-risk execution and unlock deal certainty.
