What you'll do as a Multi-Skilled Support Technician

• Carry out a variety of multi-skilled activities in line with customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Assess tasks within your skill range and communicate recommended actions and potential impacts to colleagues.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to support service delivery and operational success.
• Respond promptly to verbal and written requests from customers and stakeholders.
• Support the identification and development of new work opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-site and external training activities to maintain and develop technical capability.

Does this sound like you?

• UK residency with the ability to attain and maintain UK national security clearance.
• Proven experience delivering quality outcomes in challenging information technology and infrastructure environments.
• Working knowledge of copper and fibre cable installation.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to health and safety, continuous learning and high standards of delivery.
