Connect2Hackney is recruiting an experienced Case Worker (Disrepair / ADR) to join the Responsive Repairs service within the Housing and Building Maintenance Directorate in London. You will manage housing disrepair claims from notification to resolution, applying ADR strategies to reach settlements efficiently outside of court.
