<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits including private medical, life assurance and pension</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a reputable and large industrial company to work at one of their fast paced leading automated flagship factories that has just received a multi-million pound investment on new machinery commissioned into the factory.</p>

The position requires you on your feet, so you will need to be ready to work in an active busy role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your department will include 60 production staff and 1 Production Leader</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role is to manage and oversee the Production Department including team performance, change management, continuous improvements, KPI’s, strategic planning and budget control.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role would suit someone who is motivated and excited by challenges and sees them as opportunities to make an impact and bring forward their experience and ideas to make the required changes and improvements. The role requires a “hands on” approach with effective leadership and getting the best from the team.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Have an excellent knowledge of the plant and process to help make informed decisions</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Support and promote a continual improvement culture in line with objectives</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Ensure that all materials and equipment are available when required; i.e. packaging materials / additives / PPE etc</span></li>
