Food Production Operative - Soup Factory

AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting for full-time Production Operatives to join a leading soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous food production or manufacturing experience who are looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced production environment.

Details of a Food Production Operative:
Location: Europarc, Grimsby
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating shifts -  06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00
Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full Time
Pay Rates: £13.15 per hour (Days) | £14.55 per hour (Nights)

Key Responsibilities of a Food Production Operative:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment efficiently and safely
• Supporting the production process to ensure products are manufactured to specification
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues promptly
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

Requirements of a Food Production Operative:

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Good understanding of health & safety and food hygiene procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Confident completing production paperwork
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to work full time Monday-Friday on rotating shifts
