<p class="text-muted mb-3">Unlike a standard production role where you may work on the same process every day, as a Float Operator you'll be trained across multiple areas of production, stepping in where support is needed and developing a broad range of practical manufacturing skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Float Operator, you'll support different areas of the manufacturing process, helping the wider team maintain production, quality and safety standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out bonding, cutting and grinding processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating test beds and heating lamps</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving between different production areas depending on operational</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying faults, defects or inconsistencies and reporting these promptly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">It would be advantageous if you have previous experience with:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating machinery within a manufacturing environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic machine set-up</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Technical or hands-on production processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working to defined production targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Quality checking or inspection</p>
