<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in keeping the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating production machinery safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following operating procedures and work instructions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring products throughout the manufacturing process</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects or inconsistencies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing basic machine adjustments where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting machine faults or breakdowns promptly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working towards daily production schedules and targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collecting and preparing materials required for production</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Packaging finished products to the required standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately completing production documentation and records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting stock and inventory activities when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting other production activities when required</p>
