Production Operative

We are looking for a Nights Production Operative to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and supporting production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare moulds and operate rotomoulding machinery.
• De-mould, cut, and assemble products.
• Use power, air, and hand tools safely.
• Move materials and products using lifting equipment.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Report equipment faults and maintenance issues.
• Work as part of a team to achieve production and quality targets.

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Machinery operation experience.
• Experience with power tools and lifting equipment.
• FLT/Combi licence (preferred).

Hours

Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am
