Production Operative

Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity paying £12.71 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, with immediate starts available for reliable candidates.

Your key duties in this Production Operative role will include but are not limited to:

• Packing and preparing food products ready for distribution
• Carrying out quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
• Carrying out pot washing and general cleaning duties
• Supporting the production team with general factory duties
• Following food safety and health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:30
